« It is Renaud who had the initiative of these walks and we are enormously grateful to him for having mapped out this path for us to fight against inactivity and loneliness, the worst enemies of aging people. The walks on Wednesday took place under the sign of participation. It is our walk to all and it is the contribution of all that makes it an activity that does good to the body and mind. "You have to go out, get some fresh air, and meet people to be happy and healthy little old men. The importance of the Wednesday walk, we strongly believe in it. »

« I only have positive comments. The association offers us the opportunity to break the isolation as we age. My participation is very punctual but the fact remains that being a member gives me an important sense of belonging in my daily life. »
